Return and Refund Policy

Ceiluxe provides stretch ceiling design, installation, maintenance, and custom lighting. A 50% deposit is required upfront; the balance is due upon completion. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly fee. Timelines are estimates and may vary. A 10-year warranty covers defects; external damages are excluded. Cancellations within 5 days are refunded minus a 10% fee. Clients must provide accurate measurements and a safe work area. Liability is limited to service costs. Client data is private and agreements follow New York laws.
